Before you ride

Rental rules

  1. 01

    20 years or older

Riders must be at least 20 on the first day of the rental.

  2. 02

    Motorcycle licence

A valid motorcycle licence from any country is required. An International Driving Permit covering motorcycles is strongly preferred, and Thai police may ask for one.

  3. 03

    Passport + cash deposit

We keep a scan of your passport and a cash deposit for the whole rental. The deposit is returned in full when the bike comes back as it left.

  4. 04

You ride at your own risk

Bikes carry only the compulsory Thai insurance (PRB), which covers third-party injury up to its legal limits. There is no damage, theft or rider cover: repairs, replacement parts and your own medical costs are paid by you. Travel insurance that covers motorcycles is strongly recommended.

  5. 05

    Fuel and kilometres

Unlimited kilometres within Thailand. Bikes go out with a full tank and come back with one, or we refill at cost.

  6. 06

    Late returns

Up to one hour is free. After that, each started day is charged at the day rate.

Questions

Asked before every first ride.

Can I ride out of Bangkok?

Yes, anywhere in Thailand on paved roads, and on gravel with the CRF300L. Crossing a border is not allowed.

Do I need an International Driving Permit?

Your home motorcycle licence is required. The permit is strongly preferred: Thai traffic police can fine riders without one, and fines are paid by the rider.

Are helmets included?

Yes, one full-face helmet per bike, cleaned between rentals. A second helmet for a passenger is ฿100 a day.

What happens if the bike is damaged?

Repairs are charged at the dealer's parts and labour price, first from the deposit and then any balance. If the bike is stolen while in your care, you are liable for its market value.

How does payment work?

The rental and delivery are paid at handover in cash or by Thai bank transfer, together with the cash deposit. Card and crypto payment are coming soon.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start. Later cancellations are charged one day.
